This is Zach's new toy. He loves the music setting. He dances away to it.

My Dog Koda

My Mommy let my dog Koda inside the house for once and we had a blast!

First I pulled her tail!
Then she licked my ear!

I tried to grab her tongue......but it was too slippery.

Mom had us pose for a picture, but I closed my eyes....and so did Koda.

I Love hanging out with my dogs. It's feels so funny when they lick me and I love how soft their fur is. Dogs are the Best!

Finally Asleep

This was a long day. It started with the night before. Zach just didn't want to sleep and then was just cranky all day. He was driving me bonkers because he just refused to sleep. He didn't want to be held, he didn't want to be put down, he didn't want anything. So finally I'm feeding him again and I walk away to blow my nose, come back and find him like this. I was so tempted to just leave him there, but knew if I did he would wake up in 5 minutes and think that was his nap. So I very carefully took him out of there, but of course he wakes up. Luckily he falls right back to sleep in my arms and I lay him down in his crib. He only took a half hour nap (NOT long enough), but it was long enough to get some of my sanity back. I do not wish for that day re-visited ever!

Jenson Ranch

We enjoyed visiting Nani and Papa at their Ranch in the desert.

They took us for a tractor ride !

And we found a Coyote Mellon

Then Papa let me drive the Tractor. Wearing his hat.

Ok so I really only posed on it.

It was so cool.

Papa is so much fun. He likes to eat me......and I like to be eaten!

They even let us spend the night. It was such a windy night that I think the wind kept my mommy up, but I slept good. Nani says I can come back all by myself next time. I think I'll have to check with mom, but I can't WAIT to go back!

Zach and cousin Megan kept "sharing" Zach's sippy cup. Only problem was Megan wouldn't give it back.

Elmo Chair

Zach was LOVING this chair. He would crawl across the entire room just to get it. (since he wasn't crawling a lot at the time...that was a big deal) He didn't even care that the batteries were dead and it didn't giggle or shake. He played with this chair for a long time while we were at my parents house.

I guess I know what I will need to buy for him next!

Swimming with Family

This was our last time swimming in Jake's parents pool.

(since they are renting out this house)

We made the most of it and had all my family over for Labor Day.

Jake put Zach in this box and was pushing him around. He was loving it.

My Poor Baby!

Zach fell off the Bed. His poor little nose was all red and a tiny bit swollen otherwise he was just fine. No more sleeping on my bed for naps anymore!!

Barber Shop

We took Zach to get his first real haircut at Jake's Barber Shop. The man was super nice and he said Zach did extremely well.

At the end the Barber even gave Zach a lollipop. He kept asking if he could and Jake finally said you could give him one (and he'll eat it), but instead the Barber opened it up and stuck it in Zach's mouth. Uh-Oh. Zach took it and tasted it and then made this really bad face and shuddered. I guess he doesn't like lollipop's after all. (GOOD!)
