Fall Festival

We went to the Fall Festival at St John's. Zach had a lot of fun.

Zach had fun doing all the activities and winning the prizes. The people let me have as many chances as it took to win a prize. He even won a gold fish (but we haven't gone to pick it up yet....not sure if we will)

We went to Riley's Farm to take Zach Apple/Pear picking for the first time. He really enjoyed it.

Halloween 2010

For Halloween this year we started off the morning by going to Jake's cousin David's house. The kids played and we had a nice brunch. The kids did a Halloween photo shot and then went trick or treating around a shopping center close to their house. It was a fun filled morning. In the evening we had some friends over and we handing out candy. Zach got to go trick or treating from house to house for the first time. We ended up just going to a couple neighbor houses that we knew. He didn't need much candy and we knew we would have a ton left over. We bought 3 big bags of candy this year from Costco. Usually we have a TON of trick or treaters. This year there weren't that many and we only went through one bag.

Bouncy Seat Brawl

Zach and his friend Michale think Madison's Bouncy seat is the best thing ever. A chair that reclines, bounces and vibrates that is just their size....well who wouldn't. This is just a few pictures of what went on that night! "It's MY chair"

First Days Home

Zachary is loving his baby sister. We weren't sure how he would react to having her at home since he didn't want to touch her at the hospital, but the moment we walked through the door he wouldn't leave her alone.

First Family Picture

It all began at 1:40am when Mandy rolled over to look at the time because she started having a contraction and then her water broke. We jumped out of bed, got our stuff in the car, woke up Zachary and brought him to a friends. Then we were off to the hospital. (we don't have to say how fast Jake was driving) We got to the hospital and checked into our room by 2:45. They "checked" Mandy right away and she was already at a 8 almost 9. So here we were again just barley making it to the hospital in time. (with Zach she was already at a 10+1) Mandy didn't get drugs again, which she was happy in the end about it, but not right in that moment with all the pain. She started pushing at 3am and Madison was born at 3:27am. It was a whirlwind of a birth and we are very happy we made it to the hospital in time.

(I think if we have any more children we will be camped out at the hospital 2 weeks prior with how fast Mandy has babies)
