Sheriff Badge Cake!

Jake and I spent hours on this cake for Kerry Rhodes graduation from the Sheriff Academy. We made it look exactly like the Sheriff Badge. If that's not enough we also made cupcakes.

4th of July Fun

All American Hunk 2009

We made our own little parade around the neighborhood.
All the kids decorated their bikes, Zach decorated his stroller!

We had a fun 4th of July! Sadly Jake had to work, but Laurie invited us to party at her house and it was so much fun. There was lots of food, a craft for the kids, swimming (for this kids), the parade, decorating the cake (as the flag), a pinata (which we never got too) and Fireworks! We love going to parties at Laurie's house and want to thank her for the great time!

Fireworks

The Fireworks and Sparklers were a big hit for the kids and the adults!

My camera has a Fireworks setting on it and it made these fireworks look even better then they were in person!

The Garden is Growing!

Our garden has gotten so big. We have been able to enjoy squash, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and as of last night corn on the cob! All of it tastes so good and even better since WE grew it!

Even the dogs liked the corn on the cob. We gave them the cob after we were done and they picked it clean!

Sitting Up

Such a big boy! I can't believe Zach is sitting up. He gets better and better each day. He went from 30 seconds to now a couple of minutes in just a few days. Before we know it, he'll be walking!

Happy Birthday Jake!

So I'm a few days late in posting this, but I still wanted to wish my husband a very Happy Birthday!!

Jump Jump Jump

Zach's Fun new toy! A Jumper. He loves to jump and jump in this. When we first put him in he was a little hesitate and we had to show him that he can jump, but once he started doing it he got it down. When i take him out of his jumper he still tries to jump all over the place.

A Thief

Megan had something that Zach really wanted......a pacifier. My son is already a bully and a thief. Poor Megan!

Just Lovin It!

Zach's new Toy! He loves playing and bouncing in his ExerSaucer! My trick is to put it right next to the sliding glass doors in the kitchen and let Zach play away while watching the dogs. He LOVES the dogs! (and this way i can do the dishes, amoung other things)

He Rolls!

Zach has been rolling over for a little while now and he loves to do it. He is now rolling back over!! Now we are waiting for him to keeping rolling around the room. I guess our coffee table will have to go soon and be replaced by something softer!

Bath Time

San Diego Zoo!

Zach's 2nd trip to the zoo! His first trip he slept the whole time! He actually looked at some of the animals and he enjoyed the skyfari!

Pool Time

Fun with Cousins and yes even Koda loves the water!

He splashed and splashed and didn't want to get out. I bundled him up in a towel while we watched everyone else swim and he was so worn out from swimming he fell asleep in my arms. When it came time to get him dressed he cried...he wanted to go back in the water!

First Haircut!

Yes we gave him his first haircut! He needed it. His hair was almost in his eyes! He sat pretty still in his new little chair.

Wild Animal Park

Zach's first time to the Wild Animal Park. It was so hot the day we went that just a onesie was plenty on him. Favorite part of the day was the elevator (it had air conditioning!)
